Spanish Coalition for Housing is celebrating its 5th Annual fundraiser, Making Dreams Come True unlike other years, we are hosting a virtual race.
We invite you to run/walk/bike with us and raise funds to support our housing counseling programs. Run for affordable and sustainable housing for all!
Put your trainers on and run for a cause!
How to participate?
STEP 1: REGISTER AND FUNDRAISE
Sign up to participate and then tell the world! Plan to run solo or gather a small group. Share our fundraising page any way you can to start raising funds.
How to fundraise: Share our main goal page (click here) and have your friends make a donation. If you are running as a group, make sure your team includes your team’s name when making a donation, so we know how much you have helped us raise. Together we can!
STEP 2: GET THE SWAG
Run in style! Included in your registration fee you will get on the mail a swag pack. Sit tight at home and your race packet will come to you.
Note: In order to receive your swag on time you must register no later than October 28th, 2020.
STEP 3: WATCH THE OPENING CEREMONY PROGRAM
Join us on Sunday, November 8th at noon via Spanish Coalition for Housing Facebook Page and watch our opening ceremony live. Gather your team and get ready to run!
STEP 4: RUN WITH US FROM ANYWHERE
Run or walk wherever you want. You can start and finish your race wherever you want, even at your front door – it’s based on a honor system!
Track your run! Download a free app like Runkeeper, Map My Run or any app you prefer. We want to see your results.
STEP 4: CHECK-IN
Go to Facebook and look for Spanish Coalition for Housing. Like our page and Check-in when you are ready to start. Share photos and updates with your friends by tagging our page and using the hashtag #Running4Housing & #SC4Housing.
STEP 5: RECORD YOUR ACCOMPLISHMENT
You did it! Congratulations! Don’t forget to record your results. We will e-mail you a certificate of participation and we will be sharing the best scores soon after the race.
