Rental Assistance.

We work with renters who are at risk of eviction to prevent them from becoming homeless. Through 1-on-1 counseling we assist clients to locate affordable rental units and overcome their challenges in securing safe and sustainable housing. When available, we link clients to grants and funds that can help with rental assistance.

Mortgage  Assistance.

Mortgage assistance is designed to stabilize individuals and families in their home and help prevent foreclosure.
